Our Warranty Promise

Pure.Sink stainless steel sinks are protected by a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential kitchen use. The same five-year warranty applies to all kitchen taps in our assortment, regardless of finish or design. Accessories such as soap dispensers, colanders, strainer bowls, drainer baskets, bottom protectors, racks, foldable dish drainers, and other kitchen sink add-ons carry a two-year warranty.

These durations are not just timelines — they are a statement of trust. They signify how long we are prepared to support each product you install, sell, or recommend.


What Our Warranty Covers

The Pure.Sink warranty is valid for all products used under normal domestic kitchen conditions. It covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur during the intended use of the product. This includes issues such as unexpected corrosion, seal failure, faucet mechanism breakdown, or premature deterioration of accessories due to manufacturing faults.

If a product stops functioning as expected under normal use, we will evaluate the situation thoroughly and ensure that, when covered, a replacement part or complete product is provided without delay.


What Is Not Covered

Our warranty cannot apply to every situation. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, lack of proper maintenance, or exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals falls outside of the scope of coverage. Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, discoloration, dents, and limescale buildup due to water conditions or abrasive products are not considered defects.

Additionally, special surface finishes such as brass, copper, matte black, or gunmetal are considered ‘living finishes’ — they may naturally change over time and may show variation in tone or texture. This transformation is part of their charm and uniqueness, and as such, these aesthetic changes are not covered under warranty.


How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a claim, we ask that you contact our team at info@puresink.eu. In your message, include clear information about the product in question, a description of the issue, and visual evidence such as photographs of the product and its installation environment. If available, video recordings are welcome when the problem involves movement, leaks, or other functional issues.

We also require a copy of the end-customer's proof of purchase, such as a retail invoice or delivery slip. Internal dealer references are helpful for tracking, but they do not substitute the original proof of sale to the end user.

Once your message is received, we will confirm receipt within two working days and begin our evaluation. You can expect an initial assessment within two to three business days. If the situation is clear and covered under warranty, resolution usually follows within three to five working days. Complex cases or special finishes may take longer, up to fourteen working days.


Resolution & Partner Support

We resolve claims in the way that best supports your workflow. Replacements and parts can be shipped directly to your business or to the end customer in neutral packaging, depending on your preference. Throughout the process, we keep you informed. You will never need to chase for updates or worry about delays affecting your customer experience.


Legal Notice

All warranties offered by Pure.Sink apply only to products purchased through our authorized dealer network and installed in a domestic kitchen setting. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. We do not cover labor costs, incidental damages, or business losses resulting from product failure. The terms of this warranty may evolve as our product lines grow, and we reserve the right to adjust the conditions accordingly, while always honoring existing commitments.
